Use of our Services


You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit any person's use and enjoyment of our Services and in compliance at all times with these Terms and with all laws and regulations that apply. In accessing our Services, you agree that you will only access its contents for your own personal and non-commercial use and not for any commercial or other purposes, including advertising or selling any goods or services. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any content on our Services except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You will need our prior written permission if you want to use any content on our Services for any other reason.


Placing an order


All orders must be completed through our website www.pressurecandle.com. All payments are due at the submission of an order. After placing an order, customers are sent a confirmation email to the email provided by the customer during order submission. The confirmation email will detail the following information: order number, purchased items, item quantity, a visual of purchased items, payment method, and shipping info. An updated status of order processing will be sent to customer's email within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Ordering processing timeframe ranges from 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once order processing is completed, shipping begins. Shipping timeframe ranges from 7-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays. An updated status of shipping will be emailed to customer's email along with USPS tracking and order details. 


Cancellations are fully refundable within 24 hours of order confirmations. Cancellation requests after the 24 hours confirmation period and during the processing time will result in a partial refund payment. Partial refund payments are at the discretion of the owner of Withstand Pressure Candle Co. Once items have been successfully processed and shipped, cancellations are prohibited.


Customers can contact the company within 48 hours of receiving their purchase if it is incorrect or damaged during shipping. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in their original packaging, including promotional items. Items must be shipped prepaid, insured for their full value, and safely wrapped to prevent damage. Items that have been used or damaged by use, as well as private label candles and hand poured scented candles, cannot be returned. Returns and refunds updated statuses are sent to customer's email.

We are an online company only! Delivery is not an option!

Returns & refunds
